Parkour fail
An amusing clip has emerged from Canada of a man bashing his head on a wall as he attempts a parkour routine.
In the clip, the man performs some impressive leaps and spins but finally topples over backwards hitting his head.
He was not hurt in the incident.
Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training
