Speedflying from Kjeragbolten - FIRST EVER

Buy video

This day, I made the first two flights ever from Kjerag with a speedwing. The morning was a waterfall flight, this is from 5m left of the iconic boulder stuck in the crack (Kjeragbolten).

This one was at 20:45 on a beautiful evening, my last chance to fly from the mountain because I was leaving the next day. For this run, a rescue boat must be present because of the risk of landing in the fjord. A boat is also needed to get back to civilisation in Lysebotn.

Some flights (speedflying also) have been made before, but from a much lower area, above the village of Lysebotn. I hope more people will explore the speedflying in this stunning area.

Thank you to SBK BASE for the boat & making this possible.
