Tractor Trailer Jack-Knifes On Snowy Interstate
This happened right at the on-ramp to I-80 W at mile 104 by Rock Springs, WY on Nov. 19. I started recording after the white SUV seen in the video crashed into the guard rail. The driver was able to walk away. To clear up confusion, the truck seen moving slowly on the side of the road in the beginning of the video is not the one that crashed. The one that crashed can be seen around 0:50 and side swipes the slow moving truck on the side of the road.
