A remarkable video has emerged of a deaf-blind man attending a soccer match with his interpreter.

The footage, captured at a soccer stadium in Bogota, shows the interpreter, Cesar Deza, describing to Jose Richard what is happening in the pitch using his hands and a table with a soccer field painted on it.

''There was no one to interpret a soccer match to me,'' says Jose Richard.

''I can't tell how happy I was when Cesar came with me to the stadium the first time,'' he added.

Jose Richard suffers from Usher, a rare condition that affects both hearing and vision.

Jose Richard is visiting a soccer stadium for the first time and enjoys the game with the help of his friend, who uses a table to describe what is happening in the game. He uses his hands to describe yellow cards, red cards, corner kick, tackles, and goals.
Giving him a vivid picture of what is happening around including the crowds, the sounds of the drums, and the chants cheering the teams.
