These are versatile weights which allow you to use a carbiner to connect any grip you want to use. We have made some of our own grips, link below to that video, but the options are literally endless. We have tried our grips, Rocky Mountain Climbing Gear holds, and others. We plan on building more that will help us build forearm strength and grip strength. This is a great addition to our home gym!
