Kaylynn's First Time Seeing Clearly!
Kaylynn is 1 of 2 surviving triplets. Their oldest sister passed away at 7 months old. She was born at 25 weeks, weighing only 1 lb 4 oz in December of 2014. At 2 months old, weighing just over 2 lbs, she had laser eye surgery to correct Retinopathy of Prematurity. On February 26th 2016, she got her first pair of glasses and was able to see clearly for the first time! Her glasses prescription was -6.00 & -4.00 at the time so her eyesight was much worse than we could have anticipated. She became a much happier baby after getting her glasses!!
