Funny video of Southwest Airlines employees inviting passengers to sing on the PA system at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.

In a Snapchat video shot on Monday (December 11), travellers asking for information at the Southwest Airlines desk are asked to sing, encouraged by other travellers at the airport.

The employee "made an announcement that we were at the Best gate (B9) in the airport because they are full of holiday cheer and want to make this a fun experience rather than the typical boring tedious procedure." explains the filmer.

"She stated that anyone that came up to their desk to ask a question would have to sing before they got an answer/boarding pass."

Some play the game and sing while others refuse.

Writes the filmer: "Had this awesome Southwest Airlines employee really lighten up the mood of travelling on the typical ‘dreaded’ Monday and bring some holiday cheer into our lives!"

Alright, so after my great experience last Monday at BWI (funny SW pilot) and then my experience today at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, I have officially decided Mondays are the right day to travel.

Had this awesome Southwest Airlines employee really lighten up the mood of travelling on the typical "dreaded" Monday and bring some holiday cheer into our lives! Again, I cannot talk highly enough of Southwest’s employees and with having to travel being a huge part of my job, they really help me enjoy doing it!
