I was on my way to or from an interview with a major airline carrier to become a flight attendant.
On the flight, a baby started crying. There wasn't anything anyone could do, so I just decided to smile through it. Babies can't really control the pressure on their ears, so crying is actually very helpful (along with a pacifier, bottle, or nursing).
I've now been a flight attendant at two different regional airlines for 5 years (none affiliated with the airline I was flying at the time) and have a baby of my own.
