I was driving home from my speech class going east on the military access road, then all of sudden ass I’m turning to go north on 410 expressway access road the guy you see in the video turns in a non turning lane and end up in the ditch at that point im like woah this guy is out of there. As we proceed to approach the highway I see him put his blinker on (knowing how the road is tiny to get on the expressway) at that moment I realized that he was going to mess up. I proceeded to pull out my phone and record and what do you know what I thought was going to occur did indeed occur. Come to find the the gentleman had 3 ACTIVE warrants for DWI and out of state priors for DWI
