Fans of US rapper Eminem were forced to wait "several hours" to collect their bags after his concert at Twickenham.

Fans complained of being crushed and waiting more than two and a half hours for bag return due to a new baggage policy and claims security had 'no control' over the situation.

Footage captured after the concert on Sunday shows the scene after the initial chaos erupted, with a group of irate fans waiting by a shipping container outside the south-west London stadium.

A new policy stating that only bags that are "approximately A5-sized" were to be allowed in reportedly lead to hundreds of concert-goers putting their belongings in storage.

This led to a "free-for-all" after the concert, according to Twitter users.
