I've always had a love for the Blue Mountains in Australia. My mother spent a large amount of time there as a young woman, and when we visited she enjoyed showing us all the special places.
I took my wife there this year, and was so eager to get video of the beautiful ranges and valleys with my drone.
After getting permission from the proper authorities, I managed to capture a very small slice of the glorious magnificence of the Blue Mountains. What makes them special for me, is the rocks rising out of lush green foliage, and the Eucalyptus trees that give off the fine oily mist that create the vivid blue hues of the valleys - while white flocks of cockatoos scatter across the treetops.
It's a place of wonder and adventure.
