Nightmare on Carnival Cruise
Nightmare on Carnival Cruise Splendor!!! While vacationing with our family during the thanksgiving holiday, our cabin was flooded not once but twice with water from the toilet. When we complained and asked to be moved to a new room, Carnival refused to accommodate us and would not honor their 110% satisfaction guarantee refund policy. We had to spend the majority of our cruise in a cabin that reeked of urine!!
