Canoeing down flooded streets in Montpellier, France
A great video has emerged of two men canoeing down flooded streets in Montpellier, France on Monday.
The footage shows two friends canoeing between cars after the city was hit by heavy rains and flash flooding.
Euronews reported that 47 percent of the average annual rainfall pounded the city on Monday gathering up to 30 cm of rain in the streets. The French government declared a natural catastrophe in the Hérault department, which includes Montpellier.
