Leicester city centre overrun with peculiarly-dressed street performers
Shoppers in Leicester City Centre were left shocked and bemused yesterday (September 18) as they were swarmed with street performers dressed in bright pink.
Bystanders on Gallowtree Gate were witness to an unusual display as the group of pink-clad characters screamed at each other and at passers-by.
The filmer said: "I was just out to look around the shopping centre, people around me seemed more freaked out than impressed and I felt more weirded out than anything."
She later added: "They were just stalking around lifelessly making, B movie quality monster shrieks and noises, I have absolutely no idea what it’s for and at best I’m hoping it wasn’t cult related"
The footage was captured in the city centre at 1 PM yesterday.
