This man fell asleep right in the middle of a shopping mall food court – and become the perfect, and successful, target for a hilarious prank.

In the video, filmed at Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco, the filmer's friend can be seen holding the cup over the man's stationary head and hesitating to put it down. After a couple of tries, he does and the cup appears to balance perfectly. The friend walks away to photograph his handiwork.

The filmer said he and his friend were eating at the mall when they saw the man fall asleep right in front of them.

"We were checking how asleep he was by waving our hands in front of him and he seemed to be dead asleep," he said. "I dared my friend to put the cup he had on his head and he did."
