An incredibly rare twin water spout is spotted off the coast of Florida. As one large column rises into the air, a second thinner spout wraps itself around the first.

The filmer was vacationing in Florida at the time, near Longboat Key, on the Caribbean coast and saw the phenomenon form while driving along the shore.

"A local man who said he had lived there for 16 years, said this was his first time seeing one live," said the filmer, Elisa Rivers. "We were amazed!"

She shot the footage last year, on August 25 2017.

This water spout occurred in August of 2017. My family and I were vacationing in Longboat Key, Florida heading out to dinner when we spotted this beauty and went Beach side to capture this spout.
