YouTube breaks down for millions of users worldwide in rare outage
YouTube experienced a blackout in the early hours of October 16 (UK timezone), with millions of users worldwide reporting that videos were not loading for them.
On Twitter, YouTube issued a statement after about an hour that the problem was resolved. “We’re back! Thanks for all of your patience. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know,” the tweet read.
The issue, however, was not identified.
