Car overtakes me in a 20mph zone on the wrong side of the road and passing a mini pedestrian island
I was driving down Upper Dale Road in Normanton, Derby and a car was tailgating me all the way, until I got to a pedestrian island on Stanhope Street where they overtook me on the wrong side of the road. They then continued down Pear Tree Road, which changed to Normanton Road, only managing to get in front of me, then they turned into Pak Foods. They raced in front of me, only gaining one position in front of me to get to Pak Foods, Heck, they must have been very hungry!
