Marathon runners dodge freight train
A bizarre video has emerged of a train interrupting a marathon in Columbus, IN, USA.
The footage, captured by one of the runners in the Mill Race Marathon, shows competitors running across train tracks while a waiting locomotive blasts its horn.
Earlier in the race, the approaching train had caused runners to modify their course, while others waited for the train to pass.
According to course officials, the train operators later apologised to the marathon organisers for the disruption caused.
