The River Teifi Bursts its banks , flooding all over West Wales & very difficult to get around that weekend, also many Branches & tree's down on roads & even some landslides. A weekend to remember. this was at Cenarth bridge & the ferocity of the water was dangerous. many places flooded & impassable .
