Red tailed hawks at nest site

Buy video

I was so excited yesterday - at the nest site where i watched baby red tail hawks last season - i saw a pair of beautiful red tailed hawks perched together on a branch! A mated pair? Back together again and as I watched one visited the nest and i saw her arranging sticks in the nest! This is great news - it gives me something to look forward to next year - more baby re tailed hawks to watch! Tuesday 27 November 2018 in Richmond BC Canada - I love watching wildlife and nature in action! Its amazing! I really didn't expect them to be together so early in the winter! What a bond they must have - I'm almost a hundred percent sure this is the same pair as last year!
