At around 9pm last night Monday 11th February we became aware of a number of Fire Engines in the near vicinity. A large fire had broken out at the nearby George Bryan Medical Centre in Tamworth.
I filmed the incident at around 9.45pm from just outside the location. The unit is a residential centre for people suffering from a range of Mental illnesses. It has been reported this morning that a 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson, luckily no casualties have been reported.
