Reaction to getting moved to another room one hour later.

Here is just a quick video of me speaking about what happened as we waited for a new room to be prepared. It was very obnoxious to spend the first night of our first cruise together changing rooms and staying up until 3 in the morning dragging our suitcases across the whole ship, just to me moved into another room the following day.

they did upgrade us to a nicer room for the remainder of the trip and gave us a free dinner voucher.

We reached out via email after we got back home and heard no answer for months until we posted the videos to social media. Here are some excerpts of that exchange.

".... Our records indicate that you were upgraded to stateroom 10514 on January 21, 2019 and extended $100.00 of onboard credit as a gesture of goodwill. We are truly sorry that despite the best efforts of our staff and crew, the situation could not be resolved to your satisfaction. Please accept our sincere apology for the discomfort this situation may have caused you....As we are eager to restore your confidence in Norwegian Cruise Line, we would like to arrange for future cruise credits..$200.00 per person...."

This is part of our response:
We strongly believe that almost two months to hear anything from you guys is simply wrong. We only got an almost immediate response back once we took this to social media. We are not looking for a full refund from our trip, but I would appreciate the consideration of some monetary compensation for our troubles. We're still waiting for an answer back.
