Maybe too much of the happy drinks?
At a Solihull in the UK bar when the events in video unfolded, the couple were obviously very merry having been next to me in the bar. Watching her barfing over the wall at first, him approaching with a very intimate method of showing his arrival, her provocatively trying to pole dance, to the final fall with her pulling him over. Hilarious how she couldn't get up even with assistance. Apologies the video is very grainy and jumpy due to the high zoom factor, with lots of people walking in and out of the bar obscuring the view. Unable to identify anyone in the video. Filmed around 10.45pm on 20/04/19
