A jet was spotted making a perfect spiral out of its contrails in the sky above Los Angeles, California.

Filmed on August 5, an aircraft is seen flying in a circular motion with its contrails forming a perfectly shaped spiral.

The filmer told Newsflare: "Something caught my attention high up in the sky. Initially, I thought it was a cloud before I realized that it was some sort of a jet who had some fun making outward circles way up there.

"It was quite a bizarre experience, I've never seen a jet do this before, maybe they were bored? He continued with about half a circle more before he blasted off in a high speed."

Hello, the jet spotted in this video took place over Culver City/Los Angeles on 8/5/2019 at around 12.40pm. I was walking down Obama blvd.in Culver City, heading back from Target from my lunch break, when something caught my attention high up in the sky. Initially I thought it was a cloud before I realized that it was some sort of a jet (from the airforce ?) Who had some fun making outward circles way up there. I caught this on my OnePlus 6T and filmed it with the 2X camera. I'm sure other people around Los Angeles saw this as well but in the specific area that I work, everyone is always looking down on their cell phones so I was the only one filming it from my specific location. This video has not been shared with any other licensing agencies.
