This is how the international bicycle racers in the 2019 de Tour de Singkarak bicycle racing event that passes through Pasama to Bukittinggi, West Sumatra on Stage 2. The racers race each other with a track as far as 112 kilometers by the incline route and a very winding long bend. the Marshall team that escorted the cyclist had to ask permission from the race director to overtake dozens of riders. if not permitted, marshall may not overtake a group of racers. to catch up, marshall had to take the right lane and ring the whistle so the racers knew that behind them was marshall who was about to overtake.

not just any other if you become this marshall. they must have certification from the authorities in order to participate in escorting an international bicycle racing event which is participated by 28 countries
