San Diego International Airport claims it accidentally displayed a message "paging Epstein Coverup" on Tuesday (November 5) amid recent controversy.

"Epstein Coverup" refers to leaked footage of ABC anchor Amy Roback claiming that executives at the network spiked her stories purporting Jeffrey Epstein's crimes.

The airport has since said that the message was a mistake made by an employee.

The filmer said: "A page was made for Epstein Coverup in the airport.

"The name is obviously fictitious and is a reference to the alleged cover-up of the death of Jeffrey Epstein."
