A Malaysian engineering uni student named Asyraaf Syafiq happily received his postage Bachelor transcript cert from his university, Tokyo University of Technology on 27th March.

'Graduation should be on 19th March 2020. But my university, Tokyo University of Technolgy cancelled the ceremony due to the Covid-19 that getting worsen. So, they posted this certificate direct to my house on 23rd March and arrived at my home on 27th March.' said Asyraaf.

According to Asyraaf, 'I went back to Malaysia for awhile on 18th February because i am afraid of the worsening covid-19. But then due to the worsening pandemic, i decided not to go back to Japan at all during this recent time.'

From the footage shows the owner sanitized the package 1st before open it and wearing hand gloves carefully takes out his cert.
