This is the adorable moment a six-year-old teaches her dad how to do her gymnastics routine in their living room in Warwickshire, England.

The clip, filmed on March 10 shows Lucia and her dad Neil dressed in their gymnastics outfits going through a routine.

Lucia's mum told Newsflare: "Lockdown was getting boring so I decided it would be funny if Lucia taught her dad some gymnastics, Lucia used part of the routine she learned at gym Leamington and Warwick gymnastics club and taught her dad the moves. Obviously Neil is not as flexible as Lucia so it was adapted to suit him! I decided it would be funnier if Neil wore my swimming costume to match Lucia's leotard."

This was filmed in our front room (southam, warwickshire) in March 2020, It features my daughter Lucia (6) and her dad neil (40) Lockdown was getting boring so I decided it would be funny if Lucia taught her dad some gymnastics , Lucia used part of the routine she learnt at gym leamington and warwick gymnastics club, and taught her dad the moves. Obviously neil is not as flexible as Lucia so it was adapted to suit him! I decided it would be funnier if neil wore my swimming costume to match Lucias leotard. Everybody in the family thought it was hilarious, neil is a great sport and regularly does funny things with both our children, Lennon aged 11 and Lucia age 6.
Lucia is part of leamington and warwick gymnastics club and trains for 8 hours a week normally. Obviously during this lockdown she is not attending gym so Is constantly doing gymnastics round the house so her teaching her dad was the next best thing, Lucia wants to be a Olympic athlete when she grows up, if not she wants to be a coach.
I think she’s been amazing coaching her dad!
