The Corona virus pandemic stay at home lock down has been eased and lifted in one of the major cities in the economic capital of West Africa (Lagos) and yet it's not everyone that is adherring to the MUST WEAR A MASK RULE, and now the Government of Lagos State is threatening to Lockdown the state again if residents continue flouting the Rules.
