River erosion due to natural disasters (Pirojpur Bangladesh)

The geographical map of the coastal district Pirojpur is changing due to river erosion and breaking of dams due to one natural disaster after another. The marginalized people of this city have to face constant cyclones, floods, cyclones, river erosion, heavy rainfall, tides and broken dams. Hundreds of low-income people are floating on the banks of the river due to natural disasters.

একের পর এক প্রাকৃতিক বিপর্যয়ের কারণে নদীভাঙন ও বাঁধ ভেঙে উপকূলীয় জেলা পিরোজপুরের ভৌগলিক মানচিত্র পরিবর্তিত হচ্ছে। এই শহরের প্রান্তিক মানুষকে ক্রমাগত ঘূর্ণিঝড়, বন্যা, ঘূর্ণিঝড়, নদীর ভাঙ্গন, ভারী বৃষ্টিপাত, জোয়ার এবং ভেঙে পড়া বাঁধের মুখোমুখি হয়ে বেঁচে থাকতে হয়। প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগের কারণে নদীর তীরে শত শত স্বল্প আয়ের মানুষ পানিতে ভাসছে।
