Large plume of smoke billows into the air after fire breaks out at Beirut's port
A massive fire broke out at the site of last month's explosion in Beirut today, September 10.
Fire authorities have dispatched crews to tackle the fire believed to be the duty-free area of the port. Videos on social media show the tall plume of black smoke rising from the site, some commenting that the scene is conjuring up panic and fear that they felt during the big explosion that killed hundreds last month.
This is a developing story.
