This is indeed a bizarre way of quail chick laying eggs which a female quail standing on top to help the process of laying eggs of another female quail.
The filmer told Newsflare: "This is the first time I saw this scene. I do checked on blogs from internet, the sources said that quail will lay eggs within 4pm-7pm. So I was just happily waiting on that time and surprisingly witness this moment."
