The adorable Susie from Independence, Kansas, talks us through how to bake the perfect gingerbread in time for the holidays.

Wearing a Christmas dress, Susie takes us through the ingredients including sugar, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon. She even explains what molasses are.

The three-year-old gets distracted halfway through when she comes across ginger and nutmeg for the first time and pinches a bit, before discovering she doesn't like them raw and having to drink water.
