US man turns fence into table for socially distanced drinks with friends

This man from Port Wentworth, Georgia, came up with a genius way to have socially distanced drinks with friends and family.
The clip, filmed on April 22, shows Skip Brackett turning his side gate into a pull-out table so he can have a few drinks with his family and keep everyone safe.
Skip explained: "I needed a gate to go to my son's house next door, so I thought that a table to sit at while maintaining distance would be nice. Since the fence is six feet tall it would be perfect. So I sketched out how I would convert the fence panel to a gate and a hinged table. I bought the necessary parts and went to work."
First, Skip added the framework for the gate and the table. Then he added the hinges to the frame of the gate and table, and to the middle picket support of the fence to make the pivot point.
"Once they were completed, I used a reciprocating saw to cut the gate free. Then I cut the top picket brace and cut the pickets at the bottom. Once they were free, the table would fold down. Next, I added the latches and support chains to hold the table horizontally. Now we can pass through the gate and we can dine or have a drink at our fence table," Skip added.
