Protesters in France have for the second day running occupied theatre to demand cultural venues reopen after being shuttered due to the pandemic.

Video shows workers occupy the Colline theatre in eastern Paris. Other cultural venues in France have also seen protests.

Protesters say they aim to keep up the occupation until March 22.

French Cultural worker stated a series of theatre occupations on 3rd March 2021. They started from the Theatre Odeon in Paris, now there are 7 theatres and theatre school being occupied. This occupation is for asking the government to reopen the cultural venue including theatres, cinemas and galleries.

This video is the second day of the occupation of Le Colline-National Theatre. Protesters aimed to sustain this occupation at least till 22nd March 2021.
