This cat loves nothing more than joining in with his owner's yoga sessions.

Ana Carolina Toledo, living in Sao Paulo, Brazil, set up a camera which captured her cat Lennon climbing on top of her as she performed a range of poses.

As Toledo bends over Lennon takes advantage and positions himself on his owner's stomach and doesn't move for the rest of the video.

The filmer said: "This is Lennon, an 8-year-old cat that I adopted. He got fat because of the medications. When the lockdown began, Lennon started joining me during my workout sessions. All I have to do is go to the mat and Lennon would accompany me.

"You can see that in this video, I keep on changing my sequences. That is done to make sure that Lennon doesn't get disturbed because after all, he is the boss of the house!

"He is still a crazy cat but stays calm during yoga classes."
