There was an evacuation of residents on Wardour Street, London amidst a gas leak from Vapiano, 84 Wardour Street W1F 0TQ London, in the early evening. Squatters were occupying the restaurant at the time and many refused to leave while the local residents complied.

Police had cordoned off the area and eventually removed squatters from the premises. One officer then gave a statement as to what transpired which was not received well by the squatters, some of whom hurled anti-police rhetoric towards the police.

Residents, and the squatters themselves refuse to comment, however at the end of this video there a clip of one who was apparently next to us "watch us". He also refused to comment.
