Flooding causes widespread damage in Cincinnati

This video was captured by a local resident at the Port of Entry behind Newport on the Levee and the Newport Aquarium.
According to the National Weather Service, flood warnings continue for the following rivers: Ohio River at Portsmouth Ohio River at Maysville Ohio River at Meldahl Dam Ohio River at Cincinnati.
