Russian creator Alexander Bystrov filmed as he popped a frozen balloon using a knife.

Prior to recording this footage, Bystrov filled a balloon with water, let it freeze, and then covered it with multiple other balloons.

In the clip filmed on March 25, the filmer uses a knife to gently slice each layer of the balloon off the ice.

After that, he injects some fancy blue colour which smoothly spreads throughout the entire iced-water balloon, before finally smashing it on the ground and creating a mess.

Bystrov said: "I made this video because I found this process to be capable of satisfying my eyes. I waited for many hours to allow the water to fully freeze. And the blue paint I used was acrylic in order to enhance the visual experience."

This footage was filmed in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
