This footage was filmed and produced 9 May 2021.

Despite the announcement of the cancellation of the march, action still took place in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn – spontaneously, but calmly. Compared to the previous "Immortal Regiments", few people came due to conflicting reports about the ban or cancellation of the action. People came to lay flowers immediately at the military cemetery to the monument to the Soldier-Liberator.

Alexey Isakov, organizer (event attendant) of the "Immortal Regiment" march in Tallinn gives the interview:
[0:21-2:02]
(Interviewer) – There is conflicting information on the web: on the one hand, it is claimed that the "Immortal Regiment" is banned, on the other hand, anyone who wants can come and it is not canceled. And as I see it, the people are arriving. How do you comment on these conflicting data?
(Alexey) – First, in the Estonian state. The media was told beforehand that the "Immortal Regiment" was registered and the Prefect of the Tallinn City Police also confirmed that the march was not banned, even for coronavirus reasons. Registration on the police website of this event is still available. That is, the event is allowed. Today we were at the Police Station, the police officer said that everyone can go with a portrait. That's why we're here.
– The people, in comparison with the past pre-covid times, are much less. Do you think more people will catch up? What amount is likely to come in?
– Well, the fact is that there was so much hype about today's Victory Day and the "Immortal Regiment" that I think most people were just confused and scared to come. That's why there are so few people. In fact, I'm not sure that many more people will come and join. This is everyone's business.
[2:03-2:21]
– I congratulate everyone on the Victory Day, the great victory of the Soviet people, first of all, over fascist Germany, over fascism in principle. I hope this doesn't happen again. Fascism will not pass. We will win.

People chanting:
[3:20-3:31]
– The "Immortal Regiment" is alive! Hurray! Happy Victory Day to all!

People chanting:
[3:41-3:46]
– The "Immortal Regiment" Tallinn Is Alive! Hurray!
