Filmed by Jose Antonio Zembrano, this video features the athlete losing balance while kiteboarding, causing her to fall into the water.
Liloo said: "This is how I trained for the Kiteboarding World Cup in one of the best kitesurf spots in the world."
She added: "As they say, when you fall off a horse, then you have to get back on it right away: THE SAME WITH THE KITESURF!"
