The driver has received NIP since the date of the report the case wasn't referred to the court meaning the driver has accepted a fixed penalty or driver awareness course. MET doesn't give follow-ups for causes that are not referred to CPS anymore. MET has provided information about referral to the court for all cases up to October 2020.
Typical texting and later punishment pass and obstructing the way. There was quite a lot of verbal abuse that the camera did not pick very well. The most interesting part was that the driver was absolutely sure that the member of the public cannot react/observe him committing an offence in the public space.
