This video shows a huge party being held on the streets of Paris shortly before 2 am on June 13.

Young people gathered on the Champs-Elysées and started dancing, chanting, jumping, and climbing on cars in defiance of the 11 pm coronavirus curfew imposed by the French Government.

Teenagers weren't wearing masks and following social distancing rules.

The police arrived at the scene and managed to restore normality.

A rave party also took place on Friday night.

Despite the 11 p.m. curfew, hundreds of people partied on the Champs-Elysées shortly before 2 a.m. - June 13, 2021.
Large-displacement cars came down and up the avenue, pushing their engines and skidding.
The police, understaffed, still managed to get the avenue back to calm before 2:30 a.m.
