One fan was knocked out as England supporters threw punches at each other in Leicester Square, London.

Footage from July 11 as the second half of the England Italy game kicked off shows a group of men clashing with each other.

The filmer told Newsflare: "They had already started pushing each other as I saw them, it was around halfway through the England match with Italy and the crowd had been jumping around a lot and tensions were high.

"I think it was just a case of someone having too much to drink and getting too far into other people's personal space. At first, it appeared to be between two people but then other people jumped in as you see with the person who knocks him out."
