'Urban Flooding Causes Carnage in Islamabad, Pakistan'
'Depressing scene emanating straight from E-11, the heart of Islamabad, Pakistan, shows the aftermath of the chaotic flooding in the area.
Filmed by Ali Arslan, this video features a damaged car completely submerged in floodwaters, along with another that is above the surface level but in no condition to be driven.
The filmer told us: "The E-11 sector in Islamabad was recently hit by urban flooding, causing the death of 4 people on the spot. Additionally, multiple vehicles were washed away."
