US: Heavy Rain Causes Severe Flooding, Road Closures In Jackson, Michigan
Heavy rain that lasted since early morning caused flooding in Jackson, southern Michigan Thursday, August 12.
The flood forced road closures in parts of Boardman Road and eastbound I-94.
This video shared on social media showed severely flooded Boardman Road with a stranded vehicle.
