Bailey the labrador retriever's life turned around quickly when she was taken from a home where she was neglected and flea-infested and given to a loving family.

Bailey had been living a miserable life in an outdoor kennel in Oregon and was ridden with parasites when her owner surrendered her to Connections Pet Rescue in Portland.

The organisation gave her a good bath, fed her up and eventually in January 2021 they introduced the lucky pooch to her "furever family" where she's lived ever since in the lap of luxury, surrounded by the love she craved all along.

A life changes in an instant. Changes in a good way. Those changes happen as well to animals and this dog's life was changed in an instant when his new family brought him in. He went from having nothing to enjoying, loving and living the best life!
