His idea began with the opening of this club after he returned from traveling and watching girls at global and international competitions. So he decided to open a girls' training club in Gaza City, where the idea was weird and disapproved of people at first as a custom And a tradition that forbids such games for girls, where he's starting to work with a few girls.

Until now, he's coaching more than 50 girls from 7 years to 17 years.
Coach Osama Ayoub dreams that the club will be expanded, that it will be adopted by local and international actors, and that he will participate in his team at both the World and International Olympics outside the world.
