Work full time at a showjumping stable as a groom/ rider. The majority of videos were filmed throughout 2020 whilst I was working with horses in Galway, Ireland. A few of the clips were filmed in 2019 at home in New Zealand.

I've had a passion for horses since a very young age despite the fact that I haven't come from a horsey background at all - no one in my family rode so we are still uncertain as to why horses peaked my interest. I rode here and there when I lived in England but due to the expense I was never able to have my own horse. Since moving to New Zealand I was provided with many more opportunities surrounding horses and I have continued to grow as a rider as a result of these.

I love riding a variety of horses and the challenge that comes with trying to figure out in which ways to ride them to enable them to perform at their best. I also love the connection that I form with them, and the fact that they try so hard for us as riders even though they themselves don't necessarily benefit from it.

Other clips show my bathing routine for the horses in preparation for a show, and there are also clips of clipping which is a practise that not only makes the horse more presentable, but also enables them to carry out exercise without overheating.
